ehhh i don't understand a damn thing he says.
it's an aesthetic thing though and i don't think he supposed to make sense.
he just knows how to string together words that sounds good over a beat.
i'm not a huge fan but he does sound pretty cool sometimes.

I'm a fan of both Ceschi & Kristoff.. SO I was psyched to hear they did a collab on KK's new album. I can't wait for it to drop. Should be dope.

Can't wait for releases from both Dose One & David Ramos too.

Love the new dose song.

I'm a pretty casual Aesop fan, None Shall Pass is the only album I've listened to regularly. I think the new song is awesome, the production is great, the strings in the prechorus, and the lyrics in the prechorus and chorus are especially striking.

I find it easy to understand his lyrics and relate to them. Much easier than more straight forward styles.

I still like Aesop's lyrics and trying to interpret them is part of the fun for me. I find that typically his rhymes are a series of vivid and complex metaphors for pretty simple subject matter...almost like a list rather than a narrative.

Now Rob Sonic...that dude confounds me...at least the old Sonic Sum stuff...haven't heard much of his solo work.

Theres definitely something going on in Aesop Rocks lyrics. I appreciate a bunch of the lines and delivery. At times i can get a lot of meaning out of his lyrics and other times i get zilch.

Im a big fan of those boom slang/ poetic type of artists that dont usually have clear linear sentences. I liked Hail Mary Mallon a lot and i think the new songs from Aesop are dope. I didnt care for None Shall Pass too much but i think it had to do with the production.

I heard a track from illogic and blockhead record. I think that one is going to be surprisingly dope.

I wonder if this refers to how much Chinese people love killing turtles: eating their eggs, making soup of their flesh, grinding their bones for medicine, using their shells for jewelry, all of that shit.

Just saw RSE is working on dropping the new P.O.S. this fall!! New Chichirones June too! I think I'm still most stoked for the new Darktimesunshine tho... Blockhead might actually bring illogic back from obscurity??
