This is easy and really good.

Get some goose steaks, i dunno where, my friends hunt a lot, so shoot one if you have to.

marinate them in your favorite barbeque sauce.

when thats done, put pepper jack cheese and peppers in the middle of the goose then wrap it up put a tooth pick in to hold together, then take it to the grill and cook it.

eat and enjoy.

My friend, who lives on a farm and i caught a female goose that couldnt fly a couple weeks ago we're trying to get it laid by a male goose so we can eat its babies.
