i was supposed to post this in the art forum,
well Il try and make this vegan

what do people think of soya, I practically live of the stuff and now I keep hearing how bad it is and that it is infact toxic. I first saw a magazine article against soya and orignally thought it was government sponsord becuase the same magazine harbours meat propaganda but then I saw a book called "the truth about soya" in a whole food market which apparently argues that it is toxic and is misguidingly marketed as a heath food when the truth is that it is dangerous I started to worry a little more. I havent read the book, I just flicked though but this kind of worried me, then the media has protraid practically all foods as toxic or cancer causing at some point so what the fuck,.,, i dont know?

Scientists just love making stuff like that seem bad for you. Every other year something is good for you, then bad for you, then good. I think it all comes down to the fact that Asian people have been eating soy for thousands of years and they are some of the longest lived people on the planet, so it can't be that bad for you. Like anything you don't want to just live off of 1 food, keep it varied and you'll be ok.
