there are different approaches to making guacamole(is that how you even spell it?)
my favorite way is to use two avocados , a good handfull of cilantro , some nice fresh hot peppers , what ever kind you like , or a mixture of peppers , fresh garlic , a little juice sqeezed from an orange , a little cinamin , and a drizzle of agave tequila.
A lot of times I don't use the last three ingredients , and use crushed red peppers , and lemmon or lime juice(helps maintain a good green color thoughout the night) , because not every thing is always so readilly available.Sometimes I even skip out on the cilantro , and other times , I'll eat an avocado straight out of the skins.
basically though , get everything besides the avocado minced and mixed well in a bowl , and crush it all and mash it up , then you should add the avocado and I allways thought the easiest way to mix it up is to start by cutting the avocado into a bunch of tiny pieces while it's in the bowl with the rest of the shit.
rice chips , blue corns , pita chips...there are a lot of snacks that go great with guac.
