i want to get a good vegan cookbook with lots of UNUSUAL recipes. does anyone have any good suggestions?

tim was telling me the millenium cookbook is good and i will probably pick that up next time i am in sf.

but any others?

there is one called 'Vegan World Cuisine'.
it has a spiritual theme kinda, the recipes are dope....
cool pics too, its pretty thick, hardcover.
intro by jane goodall, only thing it'll run you around 30 duckets.
