the people's republic of sole

this is a raw italian sauce and good for summer.

what you need:

a good handful or 2 of sweet cherry tomatoes.
a couple cloves of garlic
a small handful of basil
a good amount of fresh ground pepper
salt (add a little more than you think you will need)
a tablespoon or 2 of olive oil

blend all of this until smooth but still has a little chunkiness.

put the mixture in a bowl and then toss in your freshly cooked spaghetti. toss it all around coating all the pasta. serve with some crusty bread.

this sauce is good because its super easy, tastes fresh and still retains some of the garlic's spiciness.

Nice, I have the cherry tomatoes and basil growing in the garden right now, and I have the rest of the ingredients on hand too, I'll have to try it out.
