these were surprisingly great!

tweak to taste - i used more garlic, breadcrumbs instead of flour and some chilli.... eggs can be replaced with vegan substitute for binding... yum!

awesome, thanks. we used to eat these beetroot burgers made with oats that were dope. this recipe with some avocado sounds great.

I am going to try these out they look good.

On a side note in Australia we regularly put sliced beetroot on a burger. I miss that living in North America.
